Liv O’Donoghue is an Irish-Norwegian dancer and actor based in Dublin. She trained at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance in the UK, graduating with the Outstanding Achievement Award in 2007. Since returning to Dublin in 2009, she has worked with several dance, theatre and opera companies including the Abbey Theatre, Irish National Opera, Irish Modern Dance Theatre, United Fall, junk ensemble, and Dead Centre, touring widely throughout Europe, Asia, Australia and the USA. As a maker, her own work has been shown throughout Ireland, as well as abroad, touring to the UK, France, Norway, Sweden, USA, Latvia, Austria and Italy. Liv has been dancing with Liz Roche Company since 2009, performing in Näher… closer, nearer, sooner (film version), Wrongheaded, 12 Minute Dances, Totems, Bastard Amber, Body and Forgetting, Fast Portraits, and Secondary Sources.
