Miguel got his Acting degree at ESMAE, in his hometown Oporto (Portugal), and his Dance degree at CODARTS in Rotterdam. In The Netherlands he worked for several years with the dance theater company for young audiences MEEKERS, as well as with Project Sally, Panama Pictures and Random Collision, among others.
Nowadays he’s based in Belgium where he worked with different Companies/Choreographers such as Ugo Dehaes, Randi De Vlieghe, Kabinet K, Sarah Bostoen.
In Ireland he danced in different productions of Junk Ensemble.
At the moment he’s touring throughout Europe with Pink For Girls Blue For Boys from Tabea Martin (CH). A piece for young audiences about Gender. Works with Liz Roche Company include Totems, 12 Minute Dances, I/Thou.
